1. What makes Mango Cleaning Co. different from other cleaning companies?
Mango Cleaning Co. specializes exclusively in move-in/move-out, post-construction, and select commercial cleanings, allowing our team to provide a deeper, more detailed clean than traditional residential cleaning companies. We use non-toxic, hypoallergenic, eco-friendly products, and every project includes a minimum of two trained cleaners to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a spotless final result, perfect for homeowners, property managers, and real estate professionals.
2. Do you offer recurring residential cleanings?
Not at this time. We focus all of our resources on high-quality, one-time specialty cleanings (move-in/move-out, post-construction, and limited commercial), ensuring the highest level of detail on every job.
3. Do you offer commercial cleaning?
Yes, on a limited availability basis. We currently accept select office, retail, and small commercial spaces. If you're a property manager or business owner, reach out and we’ll confirm if your project fits our current schedule and staffing availability.
4. What additional services can be added to a move-in/move-out cleaning?
We offer several add-ons to customize your cleaning service based on the condition of the property:
Carpet cleaning (deep extraction + stain treatment)
Upholstery cleaning
Exterior pressure washing (siding, patios, walkways)
These services can be scheduled individually or bundled with your main cleaning appointment.
5. Are your products truly non-toxic and hypoallergenic?
Yes. We only use clean, eco-friendly products that are safe for children, pets, and sensitive households. Our cleaning solutions are free from harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, and irritants—perfect for homes that want a deep clean without compromising health or indoor air quality.
6. How many cleaners will arrive, and how long does a typical cleaning take?
Every job is completed by a minimum of two cleaners, regardless of home size. Timing depends on square footage and the level of detail required, but most move-in/move-out cleanings fall within the 3–6 hour range (with two cleaners onsite). Larger homes or add-on services may require additional time.
7. How does scheduling work, and how far in advance should I book?
You can request your cleaning date directly through our website or by contacting us. A representative from our team will call or text you to confirm the details, walk through the scope, and answer any questions. Once everything is set, your final appointment confirmation will be sent via email.
Because we specialize in one-time deep cleans and support real estate timelines, we recommend booking 7–10 days in advance, especially during peak moving seasons. Urgent or same-week requests may be accommodated when availability allows.
